This development workshop is the skills of creativity in solving problems and making smart decisions from the most important developmental programs that regulate the way people think when facing problems in all aspects of life and work. Through this program, participants will be trained on the scientific methods of solving problems and making decisions, beginning with the emergence of the problem with its apparent symptoms, identifying the tools to identify the problem, and how to analyze the root causes of the problem by applying various problem analysis tools to reach a deeper identification of the problem and how to develop appropriate solutions to control the causes. To agree on the best decisions to implement them and the development of a working paper for implementation and follow-up and evaluation of effectiveness
